Re: TRipleshot you're looking good!!! NEW KIT

Bill, Simon, Geoff and the rest of you responsible for the kit order,

The new gear looks fantastic - even better than it looked on the original drawings. Thanks again for putting in all the hard work of getting a design and organizing the order, it is greatly appreciated.

Re: Breakaway and Chase Practice, Friday 15th

I saw all the zebras and canadian team jersey and thought going with the A group wasn't a good idea - I have trouble hanging on at the best of times. The B ride breakaway and chase was a fantastic workout and I enjoyed the challenge of working together to catch the break. I have to say it became dem...

Re: TS Dove Creek Masters Project- First practice Tuesday

Thanks to all involved in organizing this session, great experience and learning opportunity along with being good fun. Couple of things I noticed: -Lots of communication and organizing within teams. -People gutting themselves for the team rather than just thinking about themselves. -Little chaos wi...

Ouch, nice job Kevin and Josh. I remember seeing the pics from
last year - the dirt on one riders face looked like a full grown beard - epic race!

Lister,

That is a very classy gesture on the part of IRC. Nice to see that all the hard work you are putting into the junior program is not only getting great results but also getting some recognition.

Nice job Geoff. Looks classy, matches my old gear and I no longer have to fear being beaten to a pulp by some Langfordite bullies on my way to work. I'm happy.

Re: VCL Calendar - 2012

I'm going to throw my hat in for some B racing even though my fitness sucks this year - I can be pack fodder for the rest of you and will hopefully race my way into shape. Even more in for the beer meeting component of things.... As far as a course to replicate Newton Heights, I sometimes ride down ...

Re: This Morning's B Ride

We steadied up as the group started to split on the way to beacon hill. I really enjoyed seeing guys like Mark Ford there at the final lap and I think everyone still got a good workout. Only concern would be that we had about 22 people sprinting simultaneously between the A and B riders. This stated...

Re: When does the B-Group 'no-drop' stop on the Friday ride

I think the key here is communication - everyone should know when it is "Game on" and adjust accordingly. Like Dave states, during the winter we sometimes have waited until after Hollywood. Other days, we have put a foot down at the top of King George to regroup and then hammered down the ...

I work in Langford - wearing lycra is a tough sell at the best of times, never mind the argyle patterning with pink...

My vote is for the black kit.
