BC Cycling Coalition Advocating for a Safe Passing Law

Post by sailor »

The BC Cycling Coalition is currently fundraising in order to advocate for a 1.5 meter safe passing law similar to those being proposed in Ontario,
Quebec and a couple of other provinces. Any donations of $100 or more will be matched until 12 April (I think their webpage has it wrong, their Facebook Post indicates 12 April).

Here is a link to their webpage: https://www.bccc.bc.ca/blog/its-time-fo ... -law-in-bc

An older thread on the topic on the forum is here:

Thanks for sharing this, Tim. I have to say, the most frequent problem I have on the roads is unsafe passing.
