The Professional Mountain Bike Instructors Association offers the state of the art instructor training. The youth program organized this course, but two participants had to drop out because they didn’t meet the age minimum.
It’s three days, all day, at Hartland. All the local mtb companies and clubs, including Tripleshot youth coaches have this certification. Fee is ~$600, but all agree it’s worth it.
