Online bike stuff - quick and easy

Which online shop do folks prefer for quick delivery of straightforward bike gear? I'm after generic items like cleats, pedals and tubes and would like them to arrive in reasonable time (a week or two, ideally). In my experience, the overseas shops can be slow to ship (unless one was to pay more for fast shipping, I suppose) so I may be willing to pay a little more for reliable delivery.

Any input would be appreciated.

For bikes I always go LBS and stuff is usually from chain reaction or probikekit. Although the latter takes forever to ship.
