North 48 Bicycles is offering indoor training over the winter at our location in the Lower Courtyard at Market Square:(Map Here). Join us three days a week for interval-focused training sessions using media-based workouts shown on our big screen. This gives you the option of doing your indoor workouts on a real bike with other like-minded people.

Starts Tuesday November 8th and runs through mid-March.

Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:15 pm and Saturday mornings at 8:00 am

We offer three equipment options:
Bring your own bike and trainer each time – $200
Use your own bike and trainer but store your equipment at the shop (we’ll set it up before each session) – $300
Use one of our Colnago bikes and trainers (we’ll set it up before each session) – $400

Space and equipment are limited, so sign up now!

It's good. David offers use of Colnago bikes and trainers (and will set them up for you - just roll in and start spinning) - or save a few bux and bring your own. I went pretty regularly last winter and the space is good (cool and airy), the setup is decent (big screen, playing Sufferfest videos) and the crowds were a good size (maxed out at about 7 - so still room to breathe and sweat on only yourself and/or the floor). I believe some of the other shop classes are quite large so as long as you don't need a big crowd to get jazzed up about indoor cycling, it should serve the purpose.
