Tripleshot Cycling

I've joined Tristars Training, a triathlon coaching company as a cycling coach.

I have been helping them start a group ride Saturday mornings.

I am also offering group cycling skills clinics. The dates of the first two series are above. Three sessions each, $60 for the series.

FYI, for insurance reasons I just found out about, participants in these clinics must be Triathlon BC members.

The skills clinics are the same sort of thing I offered last summer; same for the triathletes or cyclists. The three sessions include riding close safely, pedalling and gear selection, braking, cornering, drafting, training and racing formations (pace lines etc), and a little sprinting and jumping so you can mark the riders with the energetic legs, or get away yourself.
