Saturday Sufferfest (june 5th)
Who's in this week?
Lands end and two observatories to finish once again?
Cook st starbucks, we roll at 6AM. We can stick with the killer B's to maddox, then commence with the hammering.
For anyone new who's thinking about this ride, it's a full out fast one, with no "no-drop" rule, although we do tend to try to keep the group together. We've been doing a rotating paceline on the front for anyone who can hang in with it, a doorman, and a single draft line for others to sit in as long as possible.

I'm out for this one - resting up for the Westside Classic in Vancouver on Sunday. Have fun!

I'm in too, though I'm down a pint from yesterday (I donated blood). Since the impact on my cardio system, which I'm told is like the reverse of blood doping, means I'll totally be unable to hammer and may have to opt for being the doorman.
I intend to replace the missing pint of blood with beer, which I'm sure the doctors in the crowd would frown on and say it is unlikely to improve my performance....
Dave Spiers is in too, so add him to the list.

I am in.
Re: Saturday Sufferfest (june 5th)
Tonight is my daughter's 10th birthday party tonight consisting of a scavenger hunt, pizza, movie and sleepover with 9 girls aged 8-10. I think the pain of cycling 90 km at a hard pace will be far less draining than this party but I think I would be in big trouble if I went out and cycled tomorrow.

I'm in - I've been super sick all week, and I'm itching to tear some legs off!
Working around the clock all week, while being sick, and not riding at all makes for a lot of built up tension.
Cabin-fever moose is coming out to play!

@#$& this 'work' stuff, I think I'll just go pro...
Re: Saturday Sufferfest (june 5th)
Never mind - now have a nasty infection in my leg. Doc says no riding for two more days until antibiotics kick in and the holes re-seal.
Back to bangin' my head against the wall...see you next week.

I'm in. Will join mid route, but may have to bail about Sidney.
