traditional 'Triple Crown' climbs only to the Grouse Mtn parking lot. No gravel, just the easiest up and back of the 3.

Here’s a longer ride report (for those with patience!). The CVT is a nice path, though not as groomed as the Goose. There are sandy patches and occasional patches of thick gravel that are worth looking out for. In the future I’d like to follow it all the way up to Cowichan Lake. The Kinsol Trestle ...

just making the point that the description of the injury, and apparent point of contact with a rear disc and hence mechanism of injury, do not make sense. Think about walking towards a bike from the back and bringing your left shin into contact with the left side of the rear wheel. Not easy In the g...
