Dear John, I think that the three people you rode with this morning may eventually be able to come up with one or more witty responses to this message about your disappointment. Maybe when we are back to our normal "happy go lucky relaxed attitudes." https://tenor.com/view/crying-sad-sadne...

Dear John and Alan, I would love to join you but I suspect that you two need to clear the air before it is safe to participate. Besides, I am scheduled for a beginners bike riding skills workshop. I understand that it is focussed on crash prevention and we will learn how to deal with simultaneous fo...

Re: 2nd Annual Tripleshot Great Trail Adventure - VOTE!

Hi,
Just a reminder that I suspect most TSC "ride leaders" may be either teaching at, or taking, the Cycling BC ride leader course on May 5. One sycophant is planning to attend

Re: Bike Tours ? Europe etc.

Gerry, I am not familiar with guided trips although they sound very exciting. Cecilia and I have ridden some in Europe and have always managed ok without guides. We usually do linear tours and I think most guided tours do circular routes. Also we don't have to decide how far we want to ride each day...

I will try to make it. I am hoping that style is not so important as getting to the finish line because I am only half proficient at the breast stroke and I am struggling with my flipturn. You all look so stylish

12 minute warm weather riding reminder

Hi all, This cold is dampening my enthusiasm at 5:30 in the morning. Judging by my Strava feed I am not alone in feeling this way. The video below reminds me of riding in shorts and short sleeves. Maybe it will warm you up a bit. It was made by Sylvain St-Denis and shows two days of riding in Argent...
