I've been getting home at a little after 10, so that might be cutting it a bit close to make the 11 ferry, but if you wanna come you could always head home after we get to matticks farm.

Not too much for me to report, I was able to stick with the B's a little longer tonight that I usually do, and I was feeling good at going hard up the hill. Tonight we did the first ever C group, me and some 15 year old girls, I was pulling away from them on lap 4 when going up the hill me chain bro...

Dr. Jeremy here, I've heard that coconut juice is awsome for replacing elctrolytes/sodium, much tastier than pickle juice.

I've been using SPD pedals for years now, never any problems. Is there that much of a difference is I were to switch to lets say a look cleat/pedal??
