Tripleshot Annual General Meeting
Board Election Requirements
Due to the fact that we are blessed with more volunteers for the Tripleshot board than we have seats on the board, we will hold an election (for the first time ever!) at our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday Sept. 28, 2022 at the Oak Bay Recreation Centre, in the Sports View Lounge.
The following positions on the board are acclaimed:
President – Chelsea Henderson
Vice-President – Rolf Warburton
Secretary – Geoff Pye
Treasurer – Robert Berry
At Large (6 positions – 4 available)
Joji Ishikawa
Kevin Chen
According to our bylaws, our board retires from their positions at the end of every year, however, if a successor is not elected, the previous board member remains. Since our nominated board potentials are all seeking “at large” positions our current elected officers remain. Due to members retiring, and a minor shuffle in responsibilities (Rolf moved to VP, Geoff moved to secretary and Andrew moved to at large), we have four seats to fill for our directors at large. Nominated members include:

To aid members in choosing four of these six fine candidates we ask candidates to provide the following for posting on the forum and on Spond:
- A brief biography, including your Tripleshot experience (200 words maximum)
- A statement on how you can best contribute to the Tripleshot board (50-100 words)

Members, please read the candidate descriptions and be prepared to vote on September 28. Voting will happen in person and over Zoom. Only members in good standing are eligible to vote.
We encourage you to come in person! Tripleshot is buying appetizers, and you can purchase your favourite refreshing adult beverage from the lounge staff.
