For those who missed the announcement on Spond, we would like to revert back to meeting up together in the main Oak Bay High parking lot. It is felt that the parking lot can safely accommodate all of the A, B and C groups, and after some practice, it is hoped that safe and timely departures will become the norm. As always, we ask that groups leave the parking lot with 12 ( optimally ) riders, and that if groups grow larger for any reason en route, a split is made. Let's be safe, courteous and have fun on our rides.
The new mass meetup will commence Tuesday, September 13, and we ask that all riders gather at 06:00. We will still use Spond to sign up for rides. Please pass along the word!
The CX folks are welcome to join the roadies in the main parking lot for announcements etc., but will understand the urge to meet under cover at the main doors of OBH once winter sets in.
