Oak Bay high students on our rides

A few of the Oak Bay high students in the group I have been coaching are interested in the TS rides. (Can you imagine teenagers wanting to get up for a 6:00 ride?? Me neither.)
Anyway, I'm intending to be there this week to help them out if nec. but if I don't make it, I hope they can be made welcome. I've suggested they start with B rides, and see how they feel. They have all done several group rides with the school, but it's smaller and easier than TS. I hope folks can make them feel welcome and offer friendly advice where they don't know our conventions. I'd say they are better skill-wise than most novices on our rides.
