Downloading/uploading gpx file from Strava to Wahoo Elemnt ??

Can anyone give me a run down on how to take a Strava gpx file and upload it to my wahoo? my accounts are paired but I honestly can't figure this out and am totally googled out . Last time, I went through plotaroute and that was messy. There has got to be an easy way. Thanks to anyone who can walk me through this. J
