Accomodation wanted for Jan, Feb for youth coach

Accomodation wanted in January and maybe February, preferably separate entrance.
It's for Brendan Cowley, 23, from vancouver, an elite road and track racer looking to train here, since travelling south is out. He has modest requirements, a budget of $900-1100, and I know his family and employer.
He's virtually quarantined now, as his mum is high risk, and they all work from home, but willing to quarantine here if advised. He's been training solo for the last months.
Our youth program will hire him to coach, and he comes highly recommended by his employer as a youth coach in vancouver, and as a house mate on team projects when travelling still happened.
