I ordered new carbon hoops for my old but fine hubs after discovering multiple stress fractures around the spoke holes on my aluminum rims. Now I need someone to expertly mate the new with the old. (With YouTube assistance I could give it a shot but I want these wheels to be rideable...)
Any suggestions for fine wheel constructors in this town?
