March 31 - Most Exciting Hills Ride Yet!

Post by BearPope Recruit »

Forgot about garmin data... there were fireworks on Caddy Bay this morning! A power line blew and caused a small fire in the tree next to it. Just as Michael L rode by... Kudos to Jeremy & Katie for calling the fire department and standing by to keep an eye on the situation!

Have a good Wednesday, Jen

Whew, I thought it was my heart that blew - good to know it was just a power line. I am not sure if that is a sign - the first hill ride I do in ages and I barely survive a heart attack (albeit one with a pretty light show). I wish I had a garmin so I could show the heartrate spike of 317bpm (that is normal right?)

See everyone Friday.

When I saw that exploding power line, I felt like I was watching that movie the natural, with Micheal as Robert Redford

Garmin shut down their SanFran office and told all the developers to move to Kansas.

They chose not to, and they are for hire: http://thegcteam.com/

I'm not sure what this means for garmin connect, but it can't be good.
