Wanted: Family home to rent

My colleague is moving to Victoria from Brazil in June with his family. He's looking for a rental home that is close (reasonable walking distance) from an elementary school. 3 bedrooms and a yard are on his wish list. If you or anyone you know is looking for a responsible, professional family tenant, please hook me up! Luiz is a cyclist, so not completely un-bike-related.

Bumping this thread for my own self-interest: We are also looking for a home. (Sorry to hijack your thread, Mark.)
We are starting renovations to our house in July and will be out for 8-12 months, depending upon what our contractor finds behind the walls and under the floorboards. Looking for 2-3BR for 2 adults and 2 awesome kiddos. Would prefer Fairfield and the surrounding area, but since we're getting close to our move-out date, we're getting less picky. Please call if you have any leads.
