I had written off Bicycling magazine as just another crappy magazine writing articles for skinny white people with titles like “5 ways to bust fat while riding” or “the top 8 bikes under $20,000” and then they wrote this piece on a First Nations woman who has been entering ultra endurance races and doing well.

And then they made their recent cover an awesome photo and a tag line of “every body has a cycling body”.

Its awesome to see them emphasising inclusivity and broadening the scope of writing.

Pardon the virtue signalling. I was just excited to see this.

Agree 100% Rob. But, what are the best bikes?? So hard to find anything under 20 G's..

FYI, the mag is part of the digital subscriptions at the Vic public library.

I was also pleased to see the article. It's a small island in a sea of conformity, but it's a start.
