Tugwell Main smooth or bumpy?

Mostly nonsense. Also riding bicycles inappropriate for off road terrain, off road; GIFs

Did anyone ever end up going Tugwell Main? I'm looking to cycle up it to get access to Mt. Muir. Was thinking of taking a cross bike. Any insight as to how enjoyable this will be?

Yes I did the ride and went down on Tugwell. It is definitely bumpy. At the top are sections with large sharp rocks that you should only do if you have high volume tires. Nothing under 45mm is my recommendation. Butler main is much smoother.
