I have a two bedroom suite that will be vacant at the end of January for anyone wanting to live in Frisky Fernwood.
It's the top floor of a 100 year old house, two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, balcony, laundry and the coolest landlord on the planet.
Cost: $1600 a month plus hydro. And yes it has bike storage.
