Hi Joanna. Can you confirm that these are for SPDs (not the big road cleats)? Also, usually Euro 40 is US size 9. Can you indicate what your US shoe size is and how well they fit your feet? 40 would work for me but 7.5 would not. Thanks!

hi sorry for delay, was away! SPDs yes. My shoe size is 8-8:5....a better fit for me is 39, and these are 40. You are welcome to try them - I'd like to see them get used!

Also, re sizing, I think the 7.5 refers to men; the box says 40 and 7.5. But that's weird to as I don't wear a 7.5 mens. Whatever, they're a 40!!
