Oct 27 - Canada Cup Trail

A good chunk of you Crossers will be off at the Crosstober Fest or cycling a bonkers 180km loop (read: I'm jealous) but I'm hoping some folks will be around and interested in a modest gravelly ride in this fine weather. For those of you, I propose Canada Cup or Bust, or some derivative of. Basically trail ride through Thetis to get out to Electric Light, hit the Canada Cup Trail, and then wind our way back. Should be knotty and technical but not toooooo long. Other ride suggestions welcome.

You know I'm always in for a little knotty, Ron.  Do you envision the need for athletic support?

I'm thrilled to hear you're on the mend, Rolf! I'll bring the bacon this time, BUT given the way you've been hoovering the food down lately, I offer this advice,

Your usual active wear support should suffice JT.

Naw, I'm done with doctors. They didn't help me believe. Too bad we don't have proper healers north of the Mason-Dixon.

I might join you but have to be home by 10. I took a look and 48km- Ron did it 2:25, so doable as long as we don't dawdle.

Rob, 2.5hrs will be tight, but there are spots you can evaluate ride progress and tap out if need be.
