My strava thing for today really shoud be titled "Am I Really That Slow?!!??". Looks like it!
It was lovely out this morning. And I have a list of excuses! Not much riding most of the summer. More time spent in the gym and pool tiring out my dear old legs. Spin class on Friday. Finally recovering from a nasty and lingering cold. Or, can it be that I am just slow!
