Yes, I've seen that, Alan. I think Garth C. is doing it.
Personally, I've burnt many bridges in my life, except perhaps with the Americans. Hence, my availability to watch you and Rolf pillow fight after our Olympic Discovery Trail adventure on the 28th.

Re: Burnt Bridge Gravel Fondo
I understand this is a Jon Watkin adventure, reviving a classic, now-desanctioned MTB race from the 1990s. Looks like a well organized, thoroughly supported, good time. It features this fun, challenging, logging road loop:
I hope these guys do well and it continues to come back; another year this could be a great weekend away. But for 2019, untimed Olympic Discoveries with TSCX buddies is definitely the funnerer option for me.
Y'know, with this Burnt Bridge event, Rob Britton's The Last Ride coming up this weekend; the Cowichan Crusher; Quadra CycloQuest; various Great Trail adventures; KettleMettle; the cool stuff Clay W., Stuckylife and Broad St. keep putting together; and of course, the peerless Tripleshot Crossfondo in October (not to mention COTR, Cross Club etc.):
Viva la Gravelución!
