Never mind the excellent handling on a bike wholly ill-suited for such terrain, I wanna know where I can get a gimbal and/or camera OS that offers such a ridiculously smooth picture!

Ill suited? It's called underbiking. Kinda like if you could drive to work in a gas-powered go-cart with the pin removed.
