Just an idea - since the traffic control flag people close off the southern most lane past Beacon Hill Park starting at 7:00, setting up alternating directional usage on the northernmost lane, and our rides start showing up about 7:05, why not try and roll out at 5:45 a.m. instead of 6:05.
I know it's ungodly early, and I struggle with getting out there on time already, but we could get our laps in before 7:00 a.m. when the lane closures begin.
