Full disclosure: I wrote a book about medical screening and managed to spend lots of time looking at the data on the seedy side of 'preventive screening.'
One of my physician friends had full praise for my book: "It seems mostly true, and he's not as crazy as one would expect..."

No, the 'other' Alan Cassels is a History professor at the U of T who is an expert on Italian fascism.
