Today's posting of the summer cycling event schedule reminded me that we should pick a date to repeat last year's awesome Great Trail Adventure.

Please vote for up to three of the dates above. Poll will stay open until April 8.

Once we have a date settled, I'll cross-post <snicker> on the civilian side of the forum so as to soothe the soreness any roadies may otherwise feel from missing out.

If we do it on May 26th, we might meet up with the Three Ferries Ride group on the Mill Bay ferry (depending on which way they go)...

Just a reminder that I suspect most TSC "ride leaders" may be either teaching at, or taking, the Cycling BC ride leader course on May 5. One sycophant is planning to attend

Well, at least you guys have the sense not to ride back up from Shawnigan Lake! That and some aimless conversation should make it enjoyable.

Tackling the Great Trail on such a nerdily auspicious day definitely has a nice ring to it!

Voting closes tonight. Looks like a race between Saturday and Sunday, May 4/5, with Saturday so far taking it at the line. But we've only had about 8 riders submit votes. So things could change.

Hot tip: you can change your votes any time until midnight tonight.
