Friday, March 15 - Wonger's Wait to Francis King

Mostly nonsense. Also riding bicycles inappropriate for off road terrain, off road; GIFs

Friday, March 15 - Wonger's Wait to Francis King

Post by Rolf »

I plan to celebrate the Ides of March by mostly repeating this fun ride from October (though I may hit Logan and Calvert instead of grinding up Viaduct.)

Leaving Wonger's Wait (Shelbourne & Hillside PetroCan) at 0600, should be back downtown for coffee before 0800. We'll need good lights for all those dark, dark trees.

This is just my own brainfart. As it's a bit more ambitious than most weekday cross rides, I encourage anyone hoping for something less involved to post a different ride—e.g. starting from the usual OBH meet-up.

Et tu... etc.

No brain fart there, Rolf. I recall that ride very fondly.

Me? I'm riding in the key of "C", soul brother. Enjoy the trails.

Let' do it, trimming bits as needed to join the roadies for coffee. I'd like to see Jill as I've got gossip she needs to hear, unfiltered by Buns'O'Steel.
You do know that the Ides of March is the day the blades were out--back then when assassination was considered a good way to deal with an overly ambitious leader. Real blades. Many of them.

If I am more than 5 minutes late, I am ok if you leave without me...
Just saying, Rolf...
