Whether you like White Snake or Eurythmics, you have to admit it looks hot...

It needs some Tripleshot decals on the downtube.

Good call - I totally agree!

Can you email me the triple shot wording and logo graphics Roland?

I'm assuming if I have a whack of sticks made up, people will buy some for like a buck (or whatever they cost to make)?

I was thinking of simple ones with the triple shot lettering with a coffee mug logo either on one wide or both.

I'll play with in photoshop and share before ordering to see what people think

You're messing with Galen's creation there; why not ask him first? You wouldn't want to end up with something that isn't authentically euro-trashy!

That's a very good point - thanks Lister. I should have considered that.

Sorry Galen, my bad - I'll drop you a note before I go any further. Feel like teaming up on a sticker design or two?

Hey Gavin, Brian has a point. Maybe your bike was trying to tell you something Saturday am? (Fyi Gavin's chain broke on the way to the start point Sat. He managed to repair it, then win the sprint though.) The weekly self sufficient cyclist award goes to Gavin.

But humour your bike before you get hurt eh? ;) A white chain would be the ultimate euro-trash in that je ne sais quoi dirty-clean-thing way.

All joking aside - I actually did look into a white chain!! The new SRAM Red chain for 2010 has anodized red outer plates, so I figured someone must make a white one, right?

In fact, there is a white one, but only for single speeds - like Galen's killer pink one!

That was a very strange break though. I've broken dozens of chains (and I'm pretty sure it WASN'T because of power if you know what I mean) - but never like this. The pin actually snapped in two. Very bizarre - but I smell a free chain from SRAM!

Sucks to fixing a broken chain in the dark with only a clip-on light. Very relieved my pocket tool had a chain breaker though!

I already have white Speedplay Zeros on the Euro road bike - but these would be perfect for the the Euro cross bike (which as almost as much white as the road bike).

Thanks!
