Wanting to Borrow - Track Bike

Our 15 year old Griffen has decided last minute to go to the Western Track Challenge in Burnaby this weekend but he does not have a bike. Does anyone have a serviceable track bike he could borrow for the weekend? Size; somewhere between a 53 and a 56 cm would work. If you have a bike but no wheels or one missing various parts he has has cogs and a chain so let me know what you have below or send a PM?
