Sportstracks tells me our moving average for the entire ride was 32.2km/h, with a moving average from the start of cordova bay to the interurban lights of 34.5km/h.
Unfortunately, I didn't have the autopause turned on on my Garmin, so the average speeds are a bit off in garmin connects, as it was recording time stopped as well as moving.

Ok, that friggin' hurt this morning!

My legs are killing me now! I haven't had a ride that hard in years - definitely not used to riding that hard over that distance. I guess I need to get my lazy butt out there every Saturday morning now - the more I get my ass handed to me the better. Great ride though - it was nice to have a significant challenge over the usual rides.

I think it's nap time with the kids now!
