Tripleshot Cycling

A friend of mine is looking to borrow a smaller cyclocross ride from 3 p.m. until bedtime this Friday. Paula's a farmer, a keen runner/triathlete, and has shoes with SPD cleats. She's offering either beer or lacinato kale in exchange (a choice that has a correct answer, if I've ever heard one.)
