Dislocated shoulder

Happy Sunday to you all.
So many brains, so much knowledge here, does anyone have any good info on recovery?
I am approaching the one year anniversary of my injury, and have not had good recovery luck.
Let me describe my horrible accident, I got on my bike one morning, clipped in, and tipped over. How embarrassing.
I put my arm out to brace myself. A subluxation, tore everything, black and blue for a month.
I did a little physiotherapy, and daily exercising, but still have only about 75-80% range of motion, and daily pain.
A little of my history, this is my third time, one life, one work and one bike related.
It doesn’t pop out on its own, so surgery not an option.
Any thoughts?

Thanks all, Darren.

HI Darren,

Hard to say without a proper assessment.

Best suggestion would be to go to Rebalance and get it fully assessed by an Orthopedic surgeon, and likely one with an interest in shoulders.

If you've been through that already, then getting a good physio to work with you to rehab is the next step. Lots of great Physios in town and in the club.
