CTS train right videos

I was speaking to Josh this morning and apparently he is spending a fair bit of time on the spin bike at home. I offered him a copy of the Carmichael training system videos that I have - although I'm not sure if helping Josh get faster is a particularly good idea after this mornings ride.

Anybody else interested? There are three videos, each about one hour in length and focus on time trialing, hill climbing and crits.
