Please be advised that Tripleshot's 2018 Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday September 24th at the UVic University Club, beginning at 6:30pm.

Agenda as follows:
- Call to order
- Approval of agenda and 2017 AGM minutes
- President's report
- Treasurer's report and 2018-2019 budget
- Report on Tripleshot youth program
- Election of Executive Committee members for 2019
- Adjournment of official AGM

- Open discussion: town hall format

An email was sent to members announcing the AGM and noting that a Special Resolution to reform our bylaws will on the agenda.

If you did not receive this email (for example, some people in the club share email addresses), feel free to write
