Just wondering if there are any plans/interest in a Trippleshot 'Great Trail' gravel adventure sometime during autumn.

Great idea, Steven. I'm always interested in an adventure but this time can we at least spice it up on the way back down?
p.s. My autumn work/family/play calendar is silly. I can do Sep 15-16, Oct 6-7, or Nov 17-18, and so please plan without me in mind.

Steven,
Can you elaborate on what 'adventure' means? Are you talking an all-day randonneur or a night or two of bike-packing?
I'd be down for an randonnneur with the same caveats as above.

Hi Rob, I'm not too sure what Steven has in mind but the spring Great Trail Ride looked like this:
https://www.strava.com/activities/1582930924. (Check out the video that Rolf masterfully produced.) We started together at 7:30am at Alpha Starbucks and most of us ended at our homes around 4:30pm. By all accounts the summer version was also great fun, and I have no doubt that Steven's autumn ride will be too.

Hi Rob, an all-day randonneur, ideally on a Saturday or Sunday that enables the maximum number of Tripleshot club members to join the fun. It really is a great day out on the bike.

I’m in. Sounds awesome.
John, I tried to watch the video but as soon as it came on I was compelled to jump up and wave my hands in the air like I just didn’t care and close my eyes while gyrating to the funky song.

Have always wanted to do the GT in the fall. One of us will most likely join, depending on the date chosen. Oct 7th is Thanksgiving weekend - not sure if that impacts anyone's decision. Kenji is right though - good timing for the CF (or the weekend prior).

Any weekend is good for an Adventure.
However for those doing X on the rock and /or XFONDO....there's not too many free weekends.
One is SEPTEMBER 23.. I'm in for that.

This showed up in my Facebook feed. Might appeal to some of you weirdos (oh how I wish I had time to be a weirdo this term). Sept 22 starting in Port Renfrew.

I will be at Alpha Starbucks at 7a.m. tomorrow Sunday, September 23
Leave at 7:30 for some type of CX-Adventure ride.
Perhaps out and back on the Goose, or
Part of the Great Trail...or
Ride around and stop for breakfast at A&W or McD, have coffee somewhere, then have coffee at Fantastico with the CLUB about 10:15....This third option is
a TRIPLESHOT
PAUL RIDE.
