They're in Hawaii, with Dave Spiers. I think that is Mt. Haleakala on Maui. Here's a note today from Dave (the rat bastard...):

Training camp on Maui, Feb. 2011?The weather here sucks, its been nothing but sun sun sun, can't wait to get back to some good wet roads. Thanks for the note. Bill and Sarah have been here all week and are heading home tonight. We've had some fantastic riding and will be back for sure. Maybe a Triple Shot training camp?
Well got to go back out and face the weather, see you next week.

may not have had the full kahuna, but here is another TS training camp ride. Now Peter, elevation change on the peninsula does NOT count. That's just rolling up and down.
