Tuesday "B" Ride?

So, after a couple months of hibernation, I've come out of my cave and I'm looking to ease back into the swing of things. I believe our friends in the animal kingdom usually exit hibernation with less weight than they had going in, however humans seem to work the opposite....
Long story short, will there be a B ride on Tuesday? I'm no physician, but I think I could say there's a good chance of death if I tried an A ride for my first one back.
