Moka House on Cook ? Seems like the logical alternative. Let's hope the Shoal Point folks don't consider renovations to include bolting the tables to the floor

There is a great coffee shop on Eire near Finest at Sea fish shop. http://www.imaginestudiocafe.com/home/
Only problem is they don't open until 8. As and exploration/investigation with no commitment I have called them and left a message to see if they might open at 7:15 on Tuesday and Friday. I know they make a great cup of coffee and provide good tea. I'll let you know what I hear back and will not make any commitments until I am TSC authorized to do so!!
