Forecasts of temperature, precipitation & leprechauns

On this morning’s cross ride a certain Viking asked “hva skal denne vinteren være” or “what will this winter be like”.
The closest scientific answer is here: https://weather.gc.ca/saisons/index_e.html. For our region, temperatures averaged over the months of December, January and February are forecast below normal, precipitation near normal. These forecasts are based on computer models that our group has been developing since the 1970's. The information on the above site is very basic. As demand dictates, I can provide more cycling-relevant information (e.g., snowfall, dewpoint temperature, leprechaun sightings) for the low cost of free or best offer.
Unicorns forever,
John
