Alternate Route on Icy Sunday rides

This must have been discussed previously re. alternate Sunday routes to avoid the black ice on Wallace drive (seemed sketchy today). Ice is much less common on the East side of the peninsula. Perhaps to Sidney and back, back along the waterfront, etc. etc. If looking for hills- Ash hill or Mt Tolmie do not usually have any ice.

Mattick's farm would be a good location to decide.

Any ideas?
