Boxing Day Open House - 10 Briar Place

Hi all,
We're having an open house from 2-6 pm. We live at 10 Briar Place, which is at the end of a very short road off Fairfield, across the street from the Fairfield Community Association. Park on Fairfield or in the community association parking lot (plenty of bike parking on site).
All are welcome. There will be a lot of kids. Keep it casual, but be prepared for some sarcastic comments if there is too much blue and pink lycra on display.
