Le Ride - August 23rd at Tillicum Silvercity

Post by dranson »

Folks might be interested in this film - Le Ride – which retraces the route and efforts of the 1928 Tour de France and the first English speaking team to compete in the event. Demand Film will show it at Tillicum Silvercity on August 23rd – but only if they sell enough advance tickets. Here’s the link to information and a preview for those who might be interested:

Reserved my tickets. Perhaps some pre-show reading? -

Enough advance tickets have sold. The show will happen. There are still seats to be had.

The show sold out ... so they changed to a bigger theatre at Silvercity to accommodate more people. More tickets are now available for those who may have missed out and are still interested.

Booked my ticket as well. Preview looks awesome. If anyone wants a less Hollywood version of a huge endurance ride/race, the Indian Pacific Wheel Race documentary is showing (laptop or desktop only) on Youtube for free at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5b9or1 ... e=youtu.be
