Here's Josh and his new bundle of joy, Gus William Erickson 8lbs 5oz born Dec 16th, I'm sure in no time at all he'll be kicking his old man's butt in the final sprints.

Congrats to you and the whole family, Josh!
And to Uncle Jeremy, too.
Gus looks hungry. Let me know if you need any Clif Bars.

Welcome, Gus....
And a big thank you as well. Now with you around, hopefully your Papa will have a few sleepless nights and start to get fat and out of shape. The rest of us will now have a chance at the final sprints, for a few weeks anyway.
Congratulations, Josh and family.

Best excuse for missing a hill ride yet...
Congrats Jeremy!
Good off-season planning too. I reckon he should be able to sit up and cheer at midweek races about 6 months from now, say about May.
Pete is rubbing his hands with glee becasue that's about the time you will be sleeping again...

Josh,
Congratulations to you and your family. I guess you will have no excuse for missing any future rides (because you cannot say you were asleep at 5:00am
). - Boy, I love knowing people with younger kids than mine (insert an image of smug self-satisfaction here).
Best wishes on the next stage of this adventure!
Michael

Josh congrats and bet wishes. Ditto Mike--one benefit of having older kids. However, Mike, don't forget that teenagers find other ways and means to keep you awake at night. By the way--what is your avatar doing to that bike???????

Thanks guys.
I just saw a bunch of you crazy early morning riders heading over to richmond as I drove home from the hospital just now. I've had 7 hours sleep total since the tuesday morning tripleshot ride, as we went to the hospital right when I got home from that, and now I'm going to try to get in another 3 before I have to go on my daughters (grade 1) whole school skate later this morning. Hopefully I can still stand with skates on.......
