picture with post?

It's probably really obvious, but how do you get a picture associated with your name for forum posts? Thanks,

Find a picture, resize it to be at maximum 150x150 pixels
On the upper right there is a "User Control Panel" link. From there go "Profile" --> "Edit Avatar" --? "Choose File" --> "Submit"
