summertime evening rides - a compendium

This post is more of a suggestion than an actual helpful reference place - for starters.

But - in the spirit of crowd-sourcing and wiki-everything - I'm hoping my cycling colleagues with connections in all directions can help fill it in.

Where does a gal (or a fellow...or a fellow who rides like a gal...or vice versa) go for an evening fix these days?

I'm optimistic we can collectively bulk this up. Don't hold back - rides with beers at the end, rides with fisticuffs at the end, flat rides, hilly rides, social rides, antisocial rides, exclusive rides, inclusive rides...Let's get it all down.
