For anyone not in Vancouver for provincials, watching the final stage of the Giro, or partaking in the regular Sunday ride, I invite you to join me for a ride out to Metchosin for a recon of the Bob Cameron Road race course and a few other hills. Expect about 100kms, 1500m of climbing over 4 hours with regroups at the top of hills. 7am departure from Cook St. Starbucks.
