Hornby Island - Your Next Biking Destination :-)

This is justifiably bike related since Hornby Island is such an awesome place to vacation if you like to ride your bike on emerald green trails with spectacular views and no large predators. We do, and rented this place last year: http://hornbyisland.com/accommodation/pips-place/

It is an amazing, relaxing, comfortable cabin just a few minutes bike ride from the Mt. Geoffrey trailhead near the community center and a two minute walk to Grassy Point (across the road from the water). Has a lovely screened in yoga room in the back. Short bike or drive to Tribune Bay. We booked it again but they don't take dogs so we've had to find a new place. It is available from July 8-15 but fully booked the rest of the summer.

The owner is also looking to re-book it but thought we'd let TS folks know since it's often difficult to find accommodations for summer on Hornby this late and we'd love to get our booking deposit back.

Darn it! This would be great! We love biking on Hornby, but we're in Penticton that week. Shucks!
